  Professional Duty Flashlight with Tactical Functions

  The Nextorch TA30D is the fourth generation of the proven TA30 tactical duty flashlight. This compact LED flashlight is particularly suitable for police officers, security personnel, emergency services, search and rescue operations, and demanding outdoor activities.

  Construction

  Housing

  The one-piece housing of the Nextorch TA30D is made from durable aerospace-grade aluminum. A non-slip surface with a square-textured pattern improves grip and supports controlled handling in wet conditions or under heavy use. Measuring 137 mm in length, with a head diameter of 30 mm and a body diameter of 23 mm, the flashlight combines a compact design with high tactical performance. It is waterproof to IPX8 and designed for submersion to a depth of up to 3 meters. Its tested impact resistance is also 3 meters. This allows the duty flashlight to remain reliable in rain, mud, and other demanding environmental conditions.

  Nano-Ceramic Glass Breaker

  The bezel is made from titanium and features an integrated nano-ceramic glass breaker. The exceptionally hard ceramic elements make it possible to break vehicle windows and similar glass surfaces in an emergency. The glass breaker function does not rely on sharply formed metal tips. This feature adds a practical rescue capability to the Nextorch TA30D for emergency operations, technical assistance, and situations where rapid access through a glass pane is required.

  Lighting and Power Technology

  LED Output

  At its highest brightness level, the Nextorch TA30D delivers a maximum output of 2,200 lumens. Its maximum beam distance is up to 410 meters, while peak beam intensity is rated at 42,025 candela. In addition to the high-output setting, the flashlight offers a medium mode with 350 lumens and a low mode with 20 lumens. The beam pattern is designed for long-range visibility and clear identification of distant areas. This makes the tactical LED flashlight suitable for long-distance orientation as well as search, inspection, and security tasks in low-light conditions.

  Ultra Thermal Buffer

  The Ultra Thermal Buffer System, or U.T.B., combines a thermal buffer with intelligent electronic temperature regulation. This allows the TA30D to maintain high output for longer while, according to the manufacturer, keeping the temperature in the grip area below 50 degrees Celsius. Heat is absorbed and dissipated in a controlled manner within the compact construction without requiring active cooling. Actual output and runtime may be adjusted automatically depending on ambient temperature, the power source used, and the thermal load.

  Power Supply

  Power is supplied by the included rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3,400 mAh. The battery features an integrated USB-C charging port and can be charged directly using the supplied cable. A separate charger is therefore not required. Alternatively, the Nextorch TA30D can be operated with two CR123A batteries using the included battery adapter. An integrated battery level indicator makes it easier to monitor the remaining power and prepare for longer operations.

  Operation

  Magnetic Tail Switch

  The flashlight is operated through a patented switching system with a magnetic two-stage tail switch and a rotating mode selector ring. The Low, Medium, and High output levels can be selected directly via the ring. A tactical mode and a mechanically identifiable lock function are also available. The dual lockout markings are visible from both the top and the side. This makes it easy to identify the current switch status at a glance. The lock function prevents accidental activation, for example while the flashlight is being carried in a bag or attached to personal equipment.

  One-Step Strobe

  The One-Step Strobe System provides immediate access to the tactical lighting functions. Half-pressing the tail switch activates momentary main light. Fully pressing the switch immediately triggers the variable-frequency strobe mode. The switching system is designed for rapid operation without complicated button combinations. This ensures that momentary light and strobe remain directly accessible even in dynamic situations.

  Light Output

  The Nextorch TA30D offers three standard white-light output levels. Maximum runtime is up to 50 hours in the low mode. Momentary light and a variable-frequency strobe are also available.

  Additional Features
  

  The Nextorch FR-1 tactical ring is included in the scope of delivery. This tactical guide ring supports rapid access to the flashlight and improves control with different grip techniques. At the same time, it helps keep the flashlight securely in the hand while leaving the fingers available for other tasks.

  The Nextorch TA30D combines high output and long beam distance with a particularly fast tactical operating concept and a compact, durable construction. Its thermal management, two-stage One-Step Strobe switch, new lock function, and nano-ceramic glass breaker make it a versatile tactical flashlight for professional users and emergency personnel.
