Duty Flashlight with Warning Light and Glass Breaker
The Nextorch P84B combines powerful light output with a versatile all-round warning light and an integrated emergency glass breaker. This makes the rechargeable LED flashlight suitable for professional duty, rescue operations, travel and demanding outdoor activities.
Construction
Housing
The housing of the Nextorch P84B is made from durable aerospace-grade aluminum. With a length of 160 mm, a head diameter of 35 mm and a body diameter of 28.5 mm, the flashlight sits securely in the hand and can be conveniently carried on personal equipment. Designed for demanding conditions, the P84B is protected against water in accordance with IPX7 and is rated for submersion to a depth of up to one meter. Its tested impact resistance is 2 meters. This allows the flashlight to remain reliable even in adverse weather conditions and during professional use.
Emergency Glass Breaker
Small nano-ceramic beads are integrated into the lens bezel. These elements are neither pointed nor sharp, but can be used to break vehicle windows and similar glass surfaces in an emergency. The glass breaker adds a practical rescue function to the P84B, for example when escaping from a vehicle or during technical rescue operations.
Technology
LED Output
At its highest brightness level, the white main light of the Nextorch P84B delivers a maximum output of 3,700 ANSI lumens and a beam distance of up to 370 meters. A medium setting with 600 lumens and a low setting with 40 lumens are also available. The reflector produces a powerful, concentrated beam for long-range visibility while also providing broader illumination of the surrounding area. This allows the P84B to support both long-distance orientation and situational awareness within the immediate area of movement.
360-Degree Warning Light Function
In addition to the white main light, the Nextorch P84B features a highly visible 360-degree signal light function. The warning light can be operated in red, blue or as a combined red-and-blue flash. Both flashing and constant-light modes are available for the individual colors. Thanks to its side-emitting all-round illumination, the signal light can be seen from different directions. The function can be used to mark a position, secure a hazardous area or provide a highly visible emergency signal.
Power Supply
Power is supplied by the included 21700 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 4,800 mAh. The battery is charged via an integrated USB-C port. This allows the P84B to be recharged using a USB power adapter, power bank, vehicle charging port or computer without requiring a separate specialist charger. The electronic overheating protection can regulate the available output and actual runtime depending on the temperature.
Operation
The P84B is designed for simple one-handed operation. Switching the flashlight on, changing the brightness level and switching it off are controlled via a central switch. A momentary-on function and a strobe mode are also available. The straightforward operating concept provides fast access to the most important lighting functions without requiring complicated switching sequences.
