Impact-Protected Tactical and Duty Glove
The Mechanix M-Pact Covert is a duty glove designed for demanding tasks and tactical applications. Its flexible protection across the knuckles and fingers, abrasion-resistant construction, and padded palm combine protection, control, and durability. This glove is ideal for military personnel, law enforcement officers, shooting sports, as well as maintenance and repair work.
Flexible Protection for Demanding Operations
The revised TPR design protects the knuckles and fingers against blunt-force impacts without unnecessarily restricting mobility or dexterity. A welded Lock Ring pattern is used around the thumb. By eliminating vulnerable seams in this high-wear area, the design increases durability. The back of the hand is made from water-repellent, abrasion-resistant ripstop material, which reduces the risk of snagging when working in confined spaces.
Secure Grip and Effective Impact Absorption
The 0.8 mm synthetic leather palm enables precise handling and is touchscreen compatible. Reinforcements on the index finger and thumb increase durability. An additional grip panel at the base of the fingers improves control and resilience when working with tools. A 2 mm layer of D3O padding absorbs impacts and vibrations and is enclosed by double-stitched grip material.
AirHammer Padding for the Palm and Outer Edge of the Hand
The AirHammer palm padding extends the protective area across the outer edge of the hand and the heel of the palm. This creates a functional protective surface that helps dissipate energy during heavy impacts and may reduce fatigue. The extended hook-and-loop wrist closure keeps the Mechanix M-Pact Covert securely in position.
Touchscreen Compatible and Easy to Maintain
Thanks to the touchscreen-compatible synthetic leather palm, compatible smartphones, tablets, and other displays can be operated without removing the glove. After use, the M-Pact Covert can be conveniently machine washed.
