Tactical Protective Goggle with STANAG Certification and V620 Interchangeable Lens
Dust, wind, flying debris, intense sunlight and changing light conditions place high demands on eye protection. The Swiss Eye Shadow V620 was developed specifically for these environments. As a fully enclosed protective goggle, it combines a wide field of view with reliable protection, high durability and adaptability for a wide range of operational and environmental conditions.
Closed Construction for Comprehensive Eye Protection
The Shadow V620 features a closed goggle design with surrounding foam padding. This effectively keeps dust, dirt particles and drafts away from the eyes while ensuring a high level of comfort.
The elastic head strap ensures a secure fit, even during intensive movement or when used in combination with additional equipment.
Durable Polycarbonate Lenses for Demanding Conditions
The protective lenses are made from robust polycarbonate, offering excellent durability while maintaining a low weight. The large lens design provides a wide field of view and supports unrestricted situational awareness.
The high-quality anti-fog and anti-scratch coating reduces lens fogging while increasing resistance to scratches. This helps maintain clear vision even during physical exertion or changing weather conditions.
Enhanced Vision with V620 Technology
The package includes lenses in smoke and red V620. The smoke lens reduces glare in bright sunlight and is particularly suitable for bright environments and open terrain.
The deep-red V620 lens was developed to enhance contrast perception. By selectively filtering certain wavelengths of light, contours and structures can be highlighted more clearly. At the same time, the lens provides complete protection against UVA, UVB and UVC radiation up to a wavelength of 620 nm.
Reliable UV Protection in All Conditions
Regardless of the selected lens, the Shadow V620 reliably protects the eyes from harmful solar radiation. The lenses provide complete UVA, UVB and UVC protection, making them suitable for extended use in open landscapes, mountainous regions and highly reflective environments.
Tested Protection Standards for Professional Users
The Shadow V620 complies with EN 12312-1 and therefore meets European requirements for sunglasses and eye protection against natural UV radiation. This standard confirms both the optical quality of the lenses and their protective performance in daily use.
In addition, the goggle has been tested according to NATO standards STANAG 2920 and STANAG 4296. These standards are used to evaluate military protective eyewear and ballistic eye protection systems, assessing their resistance to high-velocity particles and fragment impacts.
